The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. Secondly, the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Thirdly, the hotel is located in a lovely area of the city, making it convenient for exploring. Lastly, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a double bed and a bathtub, just like in the pictures.
No improvements necessary - everything was perfect.

Historic, well located for business travel. Mostly friendly staff, especially Theo. One very helpful and engaging female, with a helpful lady on night shift. Good breakfast for the price, clean and spacious room. Unique surprise with castle in room, kids will love it. Pleasant front desk, fine breakfast opened early.
